Make It Count!

If you are going to get out of bed, make it a good day.

If you go to work, scratch something off of the to do list.

If you take a class, learn something.

If you learn something, share it.

If you have a thought, express it.

If you have a question, ask it.

If you have an idea, act on it.

If you see a friend, hug him.

If you find a worthy cause, give yourself to it.

If you have a moment, use it to catch up with someone you haven’t talked to in a while.

If you see someone do something exceptional, compliment her.

If you go to the gym, run a little faster.

If you walk through a door, hold it open for the next person as well.

If you laugh, laugh heartily.

If you go out to dinner, have your favorite meal or try something new.

If you rest, rest well and peacefully.

If you start something, finish it.

If you are anywhere today, make sure it is somewhere important.

If you do anything today, make it count!
